By accessing and using the Clavius Design System, you are accepting the terms of this license agreement. Discover the rights and restrictions related to your use of the design system components.
In this License Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
Clavius Design System refers to the design system, its components, design tokens, and associated files, made available by Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik, registered in Poland, with VAT number PL6812075379.
Licensee or User refers to the individual or entity that accepts and agrees to the terms of this License Agreement.
License refers to the permission granted by Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik to the Licensee for the use of the Clavius Design System, as specified in this Agreement.
By accepting this License Agreement, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Clavius Design System in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms during the entire term of the License.
The Licensee's use of the Clavius Design System is conditioned upon acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. By accessing, downloading, or otherwise using the Clavius Design System, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree with any of the terms herein, they must refrain from using the Clavius Design System.
The Clavius Design System offers three distinct license types to cater to diverse user needs and project scopes. Each license provides the Licensee with specific rights and privileges:
The Single User License grants an individual designer or developer the rights to utilize Clavius Design System PRO in an unlimited number of projects, whether they are personal, commercial, or client-based. With this license, you have the flexibility to enhance your creations with Clavius, without limitations on the number of projects. Please note that for the Single User License, sharing options are not applicable as it is intended for use by a single user.
The Team Collaboration License (Up to 10 Users) allows a team of up to 10 members to collaborate using Clavius Design System PRO. It enables your team to create, design, and collaborate seamlessly. Under this license, you can publish Clavius in your team library or grant edit permissions to the file for up to 10 members of your team. This license is suitable for small to medium-sized teams seeking to enhance their design workflow.
The Enterprise License (Unlimited Users) offers flexibility for larger organizations with extensive design and development teams. It grants unlimited users within your organization the rights to use Clavius Design System PRO. You can publish Clavius in your team library or grant edit permissions to the file for an unlimited number of members in your team. This license is ideal for organizations seeking a comprehensive design solution with unrestricted access for their teams.
Under all Clavius Design System license types, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Selling, sublicensing, distributing, or granting rights to the files or assets within the files, whether in their original or modified form, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to creating versions using technologies such as Vue, React, or any other, and subsequently redistributing or offering them for free or for sale.
Usage of any files or assets within Clavius to create competing UI kits, libraries, templates, or freebies is not permitted, with the exception that using Clavius as a foundation for a commercial Design SystemQAMN for internal company purposes or for a client is allowed.
Share Clavius files and assets on the internet, making them accessible to the public is prohibited.
Please note that within the Clavius files, you may come across open-source or free assets that are governed by their respective license agreements. Any specific information related to these assets and their respective licenses can be found directly within Clavius files.
In essence, we encourage you to use Clavius Design System assets in a spirit of goodwill and refrain from copying or employing them in any competing templates or products. This approach ensures fair and respectful usage of the resources within the design system.
The Clavius Design System, its components, design tokens, and associated files remain the intellectual property of Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik, registered in Poland, with VAT number PL6812075379. All rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are retained by Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik. The license granted does not confer ownership or transfer of these rights to the Licensee.
Clavius Design System is available for purchase through the Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad platforms. Each platform has its own licensee agreement, pricing structure, and payment methods. We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions provided by each platform before completing your purchase.
Support for Clavius Design System is primarily offered through the respective support channels of Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad. These platforms provide assistance with payment, licensing inquiries, and access to Clavius content. Please refer to the support resources and contact information available on the platform through which you acquired your Clavius license.
For inquiries or support related to Clavius Design System that are not covered by the Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad support channels, you may contact our team directly at hello@clavius.space. Our team will do its best to assist you with general questions and non-platform-specific matters.
Clavius Design System may receive periodic updates and improvements to enhance its functionality and features. Users who have purchased a Clavius license through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad will receive update notifications and access to the latest versions of the design system through the respective platform. Be sure to stay informed about updates to make the most of Clavius in your projects.
Clavius Design System is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of Clavius. The use of Clavius is at the Licensee's sole risk, and Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
In the event of serious issues or errors related to the Clavius Design System files that substantially hinder their intended use, Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests will be evaluated individually, and the decision to approve or reject a request will depend on the specific circumstances and severity of the issue. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase to be considered.
In consideration of the limitations on warranties, liability, and the case-by-case nature of refund requests (as detailed in the preceding paragraphs), we strongly recommend that potential Licensees preview the Pro version or try the Free version of Clavius Design System before making a purchase. This will help you evaluate the suitability of Clavius for your specific needs and expectations.
By purchasing Clavius Design System PRO, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Your use of Clavius signifies your acceptance of these terms and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement, you are not permitted to use Clavius Design System PRO or associated materials. In such a case, please refrain from downloading or purchasing Clavius, and promptly remove any downloaded files or assets from your devices.
In the event of serious issues or errors related to the Clavius Design System files that substantially hinder their intended use, Design Ninja I Mikołaj Niżnik may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests will be evaluated individually, and the decision to approve or reject a request will depend on the specific circumstances and severity of the issue.
